This Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes what is and is not allowed when using Postia.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. No Spam or Abuse
You may not use Postia to:
- Create or post misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
- Post content that could be considered spam, including repetitive or low-value pins
- Automate large-scale posting in a way that violates Pinterest's guidelines
- Promote scams, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, or deceptive offers
- Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse of any person or group
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes spam or abuse in the context of our Service.
2. Compliance With Pinterest & Other Platforms
When you use Postia with Pinterest or other third-party platforms, you must:
- Comply with Pinterest's Terms of Service and community guidelines
- Respect all usage limits and policies set by Pinterest
- Not use Postia to circumvent Pinterest's restrictions or enforcement actions
If Pinterest or another platform suspends or terminates your account or our access, we may be required to limit or stop providing certain features.
3. Content Restrictions
You may not use the Service to create, post, or promote content that:
- Is illegal or encourages illegal activity
- Contains hate speech, threats, or incitement to violence
- Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually exploitative
- Displays extreme violence or gore
- Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)
- Violates privacy or publicity rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or limit functionality where we believe this Policy has been breached.
4. Automated Behaviour
Postia is designed for user-controlled posting.
You may not:
- Use bots or scripts to create fake accounts or simulate user actions
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or posting limits
- Use Postia for mass account automation or growth hacking
All pin scheduling must be initiated and approved by a human user.
5. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is using Postia in violation of this Policy, please contact:

We may work with Pinterest or other platforms to investigate and address abuse.
6. Consequences of Violations
If you violate this Policy, we may:
- Issue a warning
- Limit features or rate of posting
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Notify Pinterest or relevant platforms
- Take legal action if necessary
We reserve the right to enforce this Policy at our sole discretion.
