• Automate large-scale posting in a way that violates Pinterest's guidelines
• Promote scams, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, or deceptive offers
• Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse of any person or group

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes spam or abuse in the context of our Service.

2. Compliance With Pinterest & Other Platforms

When you use Postia with Pinterest or other third-party platforms, you must:

• Comply with Pinterest's Terms of Service and community guidelines
• Respect all usage limits and policies set by Pinterest
• Not use Postia to circumvent Pinterest's restrictions or enforcement actions

If Pinterest or another platform suspends or terminates your account or our access, we may be required to limit or stop providing certain features.

3. Content Restrictions

You may not use the Service to create, post, or promote content that:

• Is illegal or encourages illegal activity
• Contains hate speech, threats, or incitement to violence
• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually exploitative

All pin scheduling must be initiated and approved by a human user.
