Postia Feature Guide
Everything you need to grow your Etsy shop with Pinterest
Quick Pins Free
Turn any Etsy product into ready-to-schedule Pinterest pins in seconds.
Tip: Generate 3–5 pin variations per product to test different hooks and images. Pinterest rewards consistent posting over big one-off batches.
Traffic Engine Pro
A full campaign builder that creates an entire SEO content system around one product or niche — pin titles, hooks, board suggestions, image prompts, and a full traffic blog post all at once.
SEO Scorer: Below the traffic page preview is an automatic SEO score (0–100). It checks keyword placement, word count, H2 headings, and CTA presence. Aim for 75+.
Board suggestions: Click "+ Create on Pinterest" next to any board name idea — it pre-fills the board name and description so you can generate a cover and create it in one step.
Scheduler
View and manage all your scheduled, posted and failed pins in one place.
- Pending tab — pins waiting to be posted. Edit the scheduled time if needed.
- Posted tab — successfully published pins with their Pinterest post ID.
- Failed tab — pins that couldn't post, with the error message. You can retry these.
Pinterest only allows up to 25 fresh pins per day per account. Postia enforces your plan limit (Starter 5/day · Pro 20/day · Turbo 50/day) to keep your account safe.
Pins are posted at the exact time shown in your timezone. Make sure your timezone is set correctly in the scheduler modal.
Analytics
Track impressions, saves, pin clicks, and link clicks for every posted pin. Data is pulled directly from Pinterest and auto-refreshes every 60 seconds on this page.
- Impressions — how many times Pinterest showed your pin in feeds and search
- Saves — how many people saved it to their own boards
- Pin Clicks — taps on the pin to view it full-size
- Link Clicks — taps on the link that go to your Etsy shop
Pinterest analytics usually take 24–48 hours to appear after a pin is posted. If you see "—" for metrics, check back the next day.
If you see a 403 error notice, your Pinterest token needs refreshing — go to Settings and reconnect Pinterest.
Pinterest Boards & Board Covers
Create new Pinterest boards and set a beautiful AI cover image without leaving Postia.
Pinterest uses the most recent pin as the board cover. Posting the cover image immediately after board creation ensures it stays as the cover.
Exporting Traffic Page Content
The Traffic Engine generates a full SEO blog post (400–800 words) you can publish to your website to drive organic search traffic alongside your Pinterest traffic. Use the export buttons in the Traffic Page section.

AI Image Generation
Postia generates Pinterest-native 2:3 ratio images (1000×1500px) optimised for Pinterest's recommended aspect ratio.
- Traffic Engine image prompts — click Generate next to any prompt card. A progress bar tracks generation (~20–40 seconds). Preview the result in a lightbox, download it, or use it as the pin image.
- Custom Pins — upload your product photo and Postia composites it onto an AI-generated Pinterest background. Your product stays pixel-perfect.
- Board covers — generated as a 1:1 square image branded for your board topic.
AI image generation uses your monthly render quota. Renders reset on the 1st of each month. Check your remaining renders on the dashboard.
All AI images are automatically saved to your Image Library and uploaded to cloud storage so they survive container restarts and remain accessible to Pinterest when posting.
Image Library
Every AI-generated image is saved to your library. Access it from the nav menu to reuse images across multiple pins without regenerating them.
- Click any image to preview it full-size
- Download images directly from the library
- Images are stored in cloud storage and stay available even after container restarts
